This error will appear in the integration log when a request is sent from Aha! to an integration partner and no response is returned from their API.
It may be a temporary error caused by a network or server outage, but if it persists, there may be a configuration issue.
If the error persists, please check the server setup in your integration settings. If your integration is on-premise (behind a firewall), make sure it is accessible from outside the firewall. In order to integrate Aha! with Jira, you will need to allow list the Aha! IP addresses. This will allow two-way integration between the two systems.
