We're glad you chose Aha! You can choose from one of the following payment options, depending on the plan type you chose for your account.
All monthly subscriptions require a credit card. After signing up, you will have immediate access to your account and your credit card will be automatically charged monthly thereafter.
We bill annual subscriptions up front for the full year.
- Customers with less than five paid seats pay via credit card.
- Customers with more than five paid seats pay via invoice.
Credit card payments
We accept all major credit cards. After signing up, you will have immediate access to your account and your credit card will be automatically charged.
Manual invoice billing
Qualifications and payment methods:
- Subscriptions with more than five paid seats will be invoiced.
- We accept payment by check, wire transfer, ACH, or direct deposit.
- The payment terms are Net 15.
To set up manual invoicing, send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Company name
- Main billing contact's name
- Main billing contact's email address
- Main billing contact's phone number
- Physical shipping address (the address you use for billing)
- PO # if required by you (we do not require it)
- VAT # (for companies operating in the EU only)
- GST # (for companies operating in New Zealand only)
After we receive this information, we will convert your account to manual invoicing and you will have immediate access to your Aha! account.
