Startup pack
The Startup pack is a special plan for small, early-stage companies and includes access to the same features you get in the Premium plan. See startup pack billing plan to learn more and to see how to qualify.
Premium plan
The Premium plan is ideal for smaller teams that may only need a few total users (regardless of their role) in their account.
Enterprise plan
The Enterprise plan is ideal for larger or more complex teams. You only pay for the workspace owners and contributors who actively add and manage strategy, releases, and features. Unlimited reviewers and viewers are included in this plan at no additional cost. This helps increase collaboration across the organization and allows stakeholders to comment on your features and plans from within Aha!
Enterprise+ plan
The Enterprise+ plan is the most exclusive service that we offer. It includes advanced security and backup features, product hierarchy advice, and advanced training. It provides our highest level of service for enterprise customers and large organizations who demand the best. Because we commit significant resources to help onboard and support Enterprise+ customers, you must remain in this plan if you choose it. In addition to the features in the Enterprise plan, Enterprise+ customers benefit from the following capabilities and white-glove services:
- Anti-virus scanning
- IP address access control
- Concierge service
In the Enterprise+ plan, you only pay for the product owners and contributors who actively add and manage strategy, releases, and features. Unlimited reviewers and viewers are included at no additional cost.
