  • Switch to the new experience using a toggle in the More options button in the drawer of each record.
  • The toggle is unique to each user — so you can opt in and out as often as you like.
  • We also updated the application font in the new experience for improved text legibility.

The Aha! history stream provides a timeline of actions and events that have taken place on records throughout the application. History records help teams work transparently by providing a transcript of the changes that were made, when the changes were made, and the users who made the changes.

View the history of a record by clicking the More details button on a record and then choosing the History option. History is available for the following record types:

  • Vision
  • Models
  • Positioning
  • Personas
  • Competitors
  • Goals
  • Initiatives
  • Releases / Schedules

  • Features / Activities
  • Requirements
  • Ideas
  • To-dos



View a user's history

To view your own history and the history of your colleagues, use the User > History page. This page can be filtered by user, workspace, parent line, or time frame.
